Frequently Asked Questions at Cutisology
Does Cutisology work with health insurance?
Many of our treatments are eligible for reimbursement through your supplementary health insurance. If you have supplementary insurance, this will not affect your deductible. Want to know exactly what applies to you? Please contact your health insurer or review your policy terms for a complete overview of reimbursements.
The costs are initially paid at the clinic. You will then receive an invoice, allowing you to easily submit a claim for the treatment to your health insurer.
Want to know what skin therapy reimbursements will be in effect in 2025–2026? You can find this information from your health insurer.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website – simply click on "Make an Appointment" at the top or bottom of any page.
Prefer a more personal touch? Then send us a message via WhatsApp or email.
What should I know before my first visit?
As a skin therapist, I recommend that you read the confirmation email carefully. It's also always helpful to arrive 5 minutes early to settle in, especially if you're a new client.
How long do treatments take?
Most treatments range from 30-90 minutes depending on the treatment.
You will find the estimated times listed on our treatment pages when booking.
Do you also offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available. You can contact us for more information.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules.
No-shows or late cancellations may incur charges.
